Our unique approach of 30-minute directed small group sessions allow anyone to come in and break a sweat against a heavy bag while learning important punching and kicking techniques.

Importantly, you can come as you are (even dressed in a suit and tie) as all equipment required is provided for you to get started immediately. The gym is equipped with shower facilities as well, so you leave as fresh as you arrived, ready to tackle the world with adrenaline pumping in your veins.
